Was the title vague enough to get you in? wink.gif Good cuz you may like this...

Before I head out eastward, I thought I'd offer ppl here a limited one-time offer on a new part for 5spd owners. Want more bling under the hood? Wanna make sure the pedal does what you want? You may enjoy this.. Braided Stainless Steel Clutch Lines.. The time limit on these is Wednesday, I won't put a minmum but I'd like to get at least 10. Cost will be $30 shipped via paypal. It's a nice way to finish off what can be done to the trans for us left-footed guys.. wink.gif

Photo? Why not...

Come one come all, long as yer from EC! tongue.gif
yes, these fit the tib too.. ;-)

Anyone who would like one, please send the funds to: avantxd@gmail.com
There is no minimum as I said above, nor is there a maximum.

I believe it adds to the directness of the clutch action, when I installed it I noticed a nice improvement, but again that could be subjective I guess. Installation is a snap, grab a open ended wrench for the small nut (where the red paint is) and budge it loose, remove the retaining clip with screwdriver/fingers/pliers, then remove the lower nut on the slave cylinder. I'd suggest draining the system first tho.. heh-heh

If you've done the clutchvelectomy, it's one more nut and a retaining clip. If you haven't removed the valve and spring, there's no better time! Can be done in about 5min, then grab a buddy (or wife/gf) to bleed the system. Pretty straightforward and simple actually.. lol

I should probably mention these are a new bse part and everyone here has first look/chance to snag one at a better price..

Fairly interested myself....

does it make the clutch pedal feel more responsive? more precise? stronger or earlier engagement?

Looks nice but that doesn't matter to me...it must improve something before I buy it.

LateAPXR, read my reply above as it describes what your asking.

This offer is open to anyone and these also fit the Tibs out there as well.
