This is a great write up. I bough pads and front rotors a few months back, but when I took a look everything looked good... So I have the parts still and will do this. Thanks for the help...

I would add a few things.
1. Use a wire brush to clean the hub. Then apply antiseize onto the hub. 2. Clean the caliper aluminum clips with brake cleaner and also apply brake lube. 3. Clean the caliper pins with brake cleaner and apply brake lube. -------------------- A proud member of the club.
