Great support of the club.

Note to Mitch:
Are we taking about a club donation? If so, what expenses do these club donations cover? What's the frequency of the expenses? Where does the club stand as far as donations meeting expenses?
Thanks!

Frank, we had an EC fund drive that started back in September 2014 that was to cover 2015 expenses. After six months we only had received about 20% of the goal. With my wife Tammy's passing, I just couldn't deal with it, so I ended the drive.

Right now, until April 25th (during the matching offer by the anonymous member), we're considering these donations as part of the memorial fund for Tammy. The money donated during this time will not be used for club expenses. I hope people understand that.

Our costs are for things like servers, storage, bandwidth, domain names and other incidentals and features. Money could also be used to upgrade software. We have the elantragtclub and elantraclub domains. We have three separate areas of the community. This forum community, the archived forum and the original main site which all are separate entities.
