I guessI'm the second owner of a white GT with Nav on the forum. I'll be tinting mine after our vacation. What % tint is on your wife's?

It's 35%, that's what's legal here. It's the first mod i usually do, then debadge, then weathertechs. I also want a leather center console cover.

Hey-I had the rear and two small side windows tinted on my GT. I've never had door windows tinted on a car. I like the idea of plastidipping the three rear emblems & maybe doing the curved grille bars too. We'll see.

I'm thinking the exact same! Heard Weathertechs are 5 months away though sad.gif . Let us know how you do or find the console/armrest cover.

Nice looking GT!! Welcome to EC!! The rear looks way better debadged, like I always say all cars look better debadged.
Besides the nice GT I'm surprised no one said anything about ur cars. Nice G8 but gonna have to say I love the Viper. That is my favorite car of all time. Loved it since the concept car back in the late 80s. Absolutely love the new SRT Viper. I'm jealous.

Thanks, I didn't think about it until after we got it home that now we both have GTs she has the elantra GT and I have the G8 GT. I'm a big fan of the viper too always wanted one and I bit the bullet about 2 yrs ago, it's a ridiculous car.

Yea I called weathertech and they are 5 months out, I put in an official request, they say the more of those they get the faster it will happen. The armrest cover I'm going to try and get from redlinegoods, I've gotten a few from there before and they were perfect!!!.

Welcome.
Nice GT.
Wanted to get one but settled on a plain Jane Touring.

3 large dogs. They fit nicely in my 04 but I don't think they would have enough room in the new GT.

The Touring is huge in the back with the rear seats folded.

yea i may see if they will let me send my arm rest in for them to get patterns. On some of the other forums I'm on people have done that and they are great to work with.

Hey-I'd like a different armrest cover. The standard armrest is comfortable to use, but leather would feel better than plastic. I'd prefer one with the thinnest padding. Their prices seem reasonable, BTW.

Redline is great to deal with. They'll do custom ones, different coloured leathers and thread, single, double, triple stitched! Matching shift boots,etc... Please send your armrest in so the rest of us can benefit! Thanks! smile.gif

I emailed them today to see what it would take to get one made. I told them there was interest on the forum I'll let you know when and what I hear back from them.

we have 2 akitas that we bought a rav4 for but we wanted a second vehicle they could fit in. We did a test run yesterday and since the seats fold flat they had a decent amount of room, not as much as the rav but good enough for a trip to petsmart or going for a ride. they also enjoyed the large sunroof.
